Frequently Asked Questions
What should I put my clothes into?
You can just put your clothes in to any bag for the first collection. We’ll then give you one of our nice laundry bags for future collections. Furthur bags are available for sale.
Do you have a minimum order spend?
Yes £25. If your items are less than £25 we will top up to £25 to cover the cost of collection and delivery.

Do I need to separate my laundry?
If you want more than one service, please separate items by category (dry clean, wash and press, wash and fold, press only). You can download an item list ‘here’ to accompany your order.

Are my clothes insured?
Thoughtful Services fully insures your clothes.
How do I pay?
We accept cash or cheque or card payment on return. Our drivers carry mobile card readers.We can also take phone payment prior to delivery or payment by bank transfer.
Do you offer a shoe repair service?
Yes we do!
How do I get free dry cleaning, Ironing, Laundry or repairs?
